Fully managed and tenant find

Lion Property Management offers landlords two levels of service. Fully managed covers the whole running of a tenancy. Tenant find only covers finding and placing the tenant, after which the landlord manages the property. Landlords can move from tenant find to fully managed at any time.

What does fully managed include?

Fully managed covers finding and placing tenants, setting up the tenancy, protecting the deposit in a government-approved scheme, collecting rent, keeping safety certificates and licensing up to date, arranging repairs through trusted local contractors, carrying out regular inspections, and acting as the single point of contact for tenants for the whole tenancy.

Which service suits which landlord?

Tenant find only may suit a landlord who lives locally, has time to deal with tenants and repairs, is confident with the legal side of letting and has a single, straightforward property.

Fully managed may suit a landlord who lives away from Barrow-in-Furness, cannot be on call, owns an HMO, wants certainty that legal requirements are met as rules change, including under the Renters' Rights Act 2025, or wants one team to handle maintenance and tenant queries. Many landlords start with tenant find and move to full management as their portfolio grows.

  • Fully managed generally suits HMO owners and landlords who live away from Barrow.
