Property redress schemes
A property redress scheme is an independent complaints service for letting agents and property managers. In England, agents doing lettings or property management work must belong to a government-approved redress scheme so that consumers can escalate complaints the agent has not resolved. Lion Property Management is a member of Property Redress, membership number PRS059160.
